Embark on your journey of healing and self-discovery, where growth and change are not only achievable but also valued. Together, we will navigate the processes of adjustment and transformation to foster a brighter future.

Welcome to my practice, where I believe that every person is unique and deserves personalized care.
Seeking help can be daunting, but I am here to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore and learn about yourself.
My focus areas include trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
I work with each individual to develop the best approach for their unique needs and provide the necessary tools for their journey. I offer free consultations to help you get started on your path to healing.
About Me
Working as a psychotherapist for over 25 years, I have worked with many concerns, love working with people, helping them to find their path, and supporting them in meeting their goals. I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and have been Certified as a (CADC) Certified Addictions Counselor, School Social Worker (to do in school assessments) and am Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Asking for help can be hard and I do my best to make it easy once we start.
A bit about my approach to therapy
Every person is unique so it is important for me to understand my clients’ needs. I use a wide variety of therapeutic styles. I get to know my clients and establish a relationship based on trust, respect and communication. My goal is to listen, offer perspective, offer skills and tools and help people learn themselves.
What you can expect from our first session
As a therapist my goal is to help clients' navigate the issues they are facing. I want them to know that they are in charge, but not alone. I am someone who listens and offers advice, insights, and a different perspective but I ultimately respect a client’s autonomy in making their own decisions. I am interactive and will take the lead when needed. My role is to provide guidance, exploration and learning. Often even just beginning to receive support in a safe space can provide a huge relief.
I accept most insurance plans.
